"Decaf De Caña" refers to the sugar cane process of decaffeinating coffee.

This Origin Select lot contains multiple washed Colombian coffees from CENECAFE -the agronomical research arm of Colombia's FNC, (National Federation of Coffee Growers.) 
We love it's delicate flavor and silky mouthfeel. You don't need to skip out on delicious coffee while skipping out on the caffeine!
