ABOUT US
Born from a bike shop, inspired by a love of the landscape and culture of the upper Midwest, Northern Coffeeworks is a micro-roaster and specialty coffee shop in Minneapolis.
We tailor our medium-light roast profile to each coffee, to create a sweet, developed cup that honors the expertise of its producers and highlights its unique origin. In our sourcing, we focus on sustainable farming and fair labor practices, seasonality, and relationship building along the whole supply chain. In practice, we seek out partnerships and projects that protect and steward our natural world.
