Currently: A Mexico from Comon Yaj Noptic. Yaj Noptic (trans: ‘all of us think’) is a socially and environmentally conscious cooperative formed in 1995 by smallholder farmers from local indigenous groups, located in Chiapas, near the Guatemalan border.

We taste: candied pecan, citrus, nougat, caramel, chocolate

Roast: Medium

Process: Washed
