Currently: A Peru from Cenfrocafe co-operative. Located in Cajamarca and established in 1999, Cenfrocafe promotes tree health through methodical pruning and use of organic fertilizers. Their operation is built around cupping, careful lot separation and preparation.

We taste: toasted walnut, plum, nougat, chocolate

Roast: Medium

Process: Washed
